Recently on SBS PowerFM Kim Heechul’s Youngstreet, guest appearances were Jisook of Rainbow and Defconn. They revealed a concept photo that they had taken together. In the description, it said Kim Heechul was supposed to be looking adult videos on his phone, while Jisook and Defconn wore shocked expressions.

Netizens who saw the photo commented, “I thought he was really watching it”, “How old is Kim Heechul”, and “Jisook is looking at Heechul, Jisook!”, etc.

Ariel Lin to film 2 new idol dramas: Taiwanese version ‘Coffee Prince’ & ‘Extravagant Challenge’ with Super Junior’s Siwon & Donghae

After being absent in the idol drama industry for 2 years, Ariel Lin has accepted 2 new dramas this year. The first is ‘Extravagant Challenge’ (Skip Beat) which will resume filming after a one-year break. However, the original male lead Jerry Yan will be replaced by Korean group Super Junior’s Siwon and Donghae, and the director will still be Niu Cheng Ze. The other drama that Ariel has accepted is the adapted version of Korean drama ‘Coffee Prince’. She will take on Yoon Eun-Hye’s role, and the male lead is still in discussion.

Last year, Jerry Yan, Ariel Lin were to team up with Director Niu to film idol drama ‘Extravagant Challenge’, and they went all the way to Japan to hold the press conference. Jerry even went to Japan for free to help promote. However, when they returned back to Taiwan, they were informed that the drama would not go ahead, and all their hard work was wasted. Later, there were rumours that the male lead was changed to Wu Zun, and this angered Jerry, and he quit the drama altogether.

Ariel Lin has not starred in an idol drama for quite some time, and fans even went to her management company to protest. Many fans wrote letters to her assistant, and they even directed angry comments at her manager on Ariel’s official website, complaining that their idol is an actress, not a singer. Recently, she is busy preparing for her second album, and also a travel photobook. At the earliest, she will begin filming ‘Extravagant Challenge’ in August. Super Junior’s Magnae to Undergo Surgery

We know that recently, Siwon got a surgery for his inflamed salivary glands. Now, Kyuhyun of the  super boyband Super Junior is getting a surgery today, June 3rd,  for otitis media (or middle ear inflammation). As a singer and the lead vocal for Super Junior, Kyuhyun’s ears are very important

Because of this, Kyuhyun  will have a short hiatus from Super Junior activities including the weekend Miinah performances on KBS Music Bank and MBC Show! Music Core.  After the surgery, he has to stay in the hospital for three to four days. However, “Kyuhun’s return to the stage will be decided upon following his recovery from the surgery,” an SM Entertainment representative said. Moreover, it was also reported that he will not be in Singapore for the Super Junior Galaxy Showcase on the 6th with the other nine boys.

Super Junior’s youngest has already had a history of inflamed middle ear since he was a teen. However, this has worsened recently and doctors advised him to get surgery right away. Also, as a preparation for their upcoming tour all over Asia, Kyuhyun decided to get the surgery before the inflammation gets any worse.
